At Coralina Beauty & Wellness, we value both your time and ours. This policy helps us maintain appointment availability and provide the highest level of service to every client.
1. Deposit Requirement
A $40 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
The deposit applies to the entire appointment session and covers all services booked for that visit.
Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
2. Booking Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed based on:
- Service availability
- Location schedule
- Deposit payment
- Treatment suitability
Once confirmed, clients will receive appointment details and location instructions.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled up to two (2) times while keeping the same deposit on file.
To qualify, the request must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
After two reschedules, a new deposit may be required.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling.
Deposit Transfer
Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment when notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.
Deposit Forfeiture
The deposit will be forfeited if:
- Cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment
- The client does not attend the appointment
- The client arrives too late for the service to be completed
- The client exceeds the maximum number of reschedules allowed
5. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time.
Late arrivals may result in:
- Reduced treatment time
- Modification of services
- Appointment rescheduling
- Loss of deposit when applicable
6. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit.
Future appointments may require a new deposit before booking.
7. Emergency Exceptions
Emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Deposit transfers remain at the sole discretion of Coralina Beauty & Wellness.
8. Appointment Locations
Appointments are available based on treatment type and provider availability.
The exact treatment location and arrival instructions will be provided after appointment confirmation.
9. Right to Refuse Service
Coralina Beauty & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a treatment is determined to be unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the scope of practice.
