1. How do I book an appointment?

You can request an appointment by contacting us directly through our booking form, WhatsApp, or email.

2. Is a deposit required to book?

Yes. A $40 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

This deposit applies per appointment package, not per individual service.
If you book up to 3 services on the same day, the same $40 deposit covers the full appointment.


3. Is my deposit refundable?

Your deposit is refundable or transferable if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Deposits become non-refundable for late cancellations, no-shows, or excessive rescheduling.


4. How many times can I reschedule my appointment?

Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 2 times while keeping the same deposit on file, as long as notice is given within the required timeframe.

After the second reschedule, a new deposit may be required.


5. What happens if I arrive late?

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive significantly late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.

In some cases, late arrivals may result in loss of deposit.

Tuesday/Sunday: Closed
